Ira is responsible for business development and marketing at TIOLI. She comes from Zagreb, Croatia and has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Ira is currently acquiring the essential skills for business model development at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, where she studying her final semester of an MBA program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. Due to the fact that she suffers from a histamine intolerance, Ira is very familiar with the issue of food intolerances. Her experience in this field and her motivation to help other people with food intolerances are of great importance for the development of our solutions.

Through his experience as a technical project manager, he has experience in back-end development. In addition, he has already been working on a startup in the field of screen advertising as a CTO for four years. Alex applies modern organizational forms such as scrum and holocracy in daily practice. He can very well relate to the typical situations people with food intolerances face in the supermarket because he as well checks products for undesirable ingredients due to his vegetarian diet.

Through various projects during his studies and his time at PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt), he gained programming experience in the simulation and analysis of complex physical systems. As a result, his focus shifted towards programming. Now he devotes himself to mobile application and website development, specializing mainly in front-end development and design. Due to his vegan diet, Thomas brings an important perspective to our startup.
